[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this pan a few times now and I am very pleased with the results. I recently made braised wine beef that I need to use on the stove top then in the oven for hours. It’s super easy to clean as well!

Amazing Pan

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how even the pan cooks and there’s so much room. Just a bit heavy but it’s supposed to be. I love how I can put it on the stove and in the oven. I have both this and the one shaped like a wok. I use this more than any other pans and it is amazing. The glass lid is great bc I can see the food as it cooks so it isn’t burnt too.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This Staub 12" blue enamel Braiser with glass lid cooks to perfection. I've used it only a few times to cook pork ribs, and they come out tender and delicious. Clean up was easy and even barbecue sauce did not stick to the pan. I look forward to using this for a lifetime!

How have I lived without this pan? Love! love! love it! Cooked 8 thick pork chops and they browned beautifully. Made gravy in the pan after that and it cleaned up so easily. Best pan ever and so beautiful too.

I love the flat bottom!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My first dish was a Scallops and Linguini in a lemon cream sauce. Scallops seared beautifully in this pan. Removed and created the sauce. Then when the pasta was done, threw into this pan and mixed all together. Super easy. Lots of room to manipulate the food, didn’t overcrowd the scallops. Love this pan!

Best Braiser.

The tight fitting glass lid is the feature that I was looking for in a braiser. Most of my cast iron pots have a lid made of the same material.
This makes it easy to view on the stove top as well as the oven.
The high glass dome gives you that extra space for roasting and braising chicken or larger cuts of meats.
Love this pan. Great addition to my cast iron collection.
