Best kitchen knives that I've used

I've owned the 7 pc. Zwilling Pro set for a little over 3 years. These are absolutely the best kitchen knives that I have ever used. The feel and balance have to be experienced to be fully appreciated. Edge retention is actually impressive and I have sharped hundreds of knives with my Wicked Edge sharpening system. In over three years of use, using 4 or 5 times a week, I've only had to sharpen them 1 time. They sharpened very easily and take one of the best edges of any knives I've done, some of which are very expensive. I usually steel the edge on my knives once a week or so and they stay very sharp for well over a year. I do use a good, not great, cutting board and hand wash the knives, never seen a dishwasher. The look, feel and performance are such that I don't have any desire to even consider any other brand, in fact I'm considering expanding on the set that I have. I put off buying a quality set of knives for several years due to the fact that I do sharpen them myself, but after investing in the Zwilling Pro set I wish I had purchased them long before I did. Only downside is that I miss not having to sharpen them 2 or 3 times a year. LOL!!!

Quality knife set + extra slots for customization

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love! The wood veneer is a very nice grain and color matches everything and the knife set itself is very sturdy and sharp. Seems like it will last a life time if taken care of. I know tons of people who own zwilling knifes even the lower caliber ones and they are fantastic and don’t break the bank. Quality upper/upper middle grade knives! Highly recommend
