Great at home knifes

Excellent starter set

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great starter set. I added a carving set and boning knife to my order and now my set is perfect for my use. Excellent quality and very sharp. I love the tapered bolster for holding the knife and it makes them very easy to clean and it looks great.

Sharpest knives I have ever handled

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All knives in this set serve a unique purpose in food prep, and they all feel well balanced and comfortable in the hand. Their exceptional quality is unmistakable. My one dislike is that the bolster does not extend all the way to the cutting edge, where the back corner of the edge is rather sharp and occasionally catches my finger (without ever piercing skin, however). I am having to adjust my technique with this set, in contrast to my previous set that had a wider bolster.
