Great Knives

I'm very excited to see how they handle over time, as other brands I've tried have failed within a few weeks of use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just purchased these knives, but out of the box they are much sharper than our old (cheap) set. They have a good feel and are not too heavy. My wife was impressed with how little effort was required to slice up veggies for a salad. Haven't had them long enough to tell how well they hold an edge.
