[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ergonomic grip and weight of these knives is amazing. You know you're handling a precision instrument. They are as advertised, razor sharp and effortlessly cut through meats. I especially like the presentation box for storage when not in use.

Not sharp by any means

Just got this set for Xmas. Nice set of knifes.
BUT. They are not sharp at all. Like they are dull like a butter knife. All the reviews say how razer sharp they are cutting through meat.

Did they forget to sharpen mine? Or am I supposed to go get them professionally sharped ??
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
