[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This set was wonderfully price and included the 8” Chef’s knife, 3” paring, and 5” utility. Balanced perfectly and super sharp. Be careful, these knives take no prisoners.

Love these knives. The chef can do anything, the serrated will cut through a tomato or bagel like butter, and the paring is so handy.

Get this set. It will handle all the basics and fancy cooking too.
The 8" chef is the go-to knife. The serrated utility handles tender tomatoes and sub sandwich and the paring knife will clean a strawberry and peel an apple with ease.
And they come with the quality of the Pro line. The steel will hold up for a lifetime. The innovative angled bolster is easy to grip, keeping the thumb and forefinger in the correct position for maximum control.
Can't go wrong with these knives.

I am currently replacing all of the knives I've had for a few years now. I had purchased a block knife set that ended up being less than ideal in quality - especially for the price - so I purchased this pro starter set as an introduction into the Zwilling knife arena, and am relieved to find the quality of knife matches the claims. Of course, they came dangerously sharp, and they feel great in the hand. So far they are a great knife set, and I expect many years of use.

These knives are the best quality and a pleasure to use. They save a lot of work because they are so well made and cut & chop so well. They are also beautiful to look at! I am a hobbyist cook and do a lot of chopping. I own several knives from the Zwilling 4 star line, mostly special purpose: small cleaver, carving knife, boning knife and the small cutting knife for a very long time. These are also excellent knives and are old friends. For some reason I never bought the chef's knife or serrated so I bought this Pro starter set after waiting too long. This purchase rounds out my my knife tool chest. I look forward to using them in the future. They are basics I never had. I can't believe I waited this long to buy them.
