Broken eggs broken heart

Every morning I would wake up excited for the day, and then I would make breakfast! But then, I would use this pan for my eggs. And I would fry an egg, and the egg would stick and the yolk would break, and so would my heart. I tried to love this pan, I tried oil, I tried butter, but it still broke my yolks every day. I had to say good bye. Into the donation bin it went. Honestly I was surprised given that I have Zwilling knives that I love so much.
Anyways, I ended up purchasing a Made by Design frying pan which was a fraction of the cost and not one broken yolk. I am in love again. Happy days are here again!

Great set, having an issue with just one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall this is a fantastic set. I love the sizes, great for single person cooking or for a small family. I have never had any non-stick pans due to the chemicals and I feed little kids and didn’t want to risk it, so I am loving how easy they are to cook on! I only cook at medium-low and low and use avocado oil (no nonstick sprays) and the little pan has been perfect. I do have an issue with the larger pan and some severe sticking but Zwilling has a great warranty so I’m working on getting it resolved. I also don’t love the rivets as food gets stuck around them because they aren’t completely flush with the pan.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Whether you prefer stainless steel or non-stick cookware, everyone needs a non-stick fry pan for eggs or pancakes. This set is the one! The ceramic non-stick is incredible. So slick, food slides right out. Plus it's chemical free. They heat up quickly and evenly. Easy to clean!

Good quality at the right price point

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like the stainless steel finished, good weight distribution. Tried for few days and have no complaints. Nice non sticking inner, also like the the design of the non drip edge, easy to wash compare to my previous pan.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great non stick product. Unwrapped from under the Christmas tree, washed and immediately made a chocolate skillet cookie. Wonderful nonstick properties and even cooking. More recipes coming on the stove with these tonight!

The nonstick surficial coating on these two pans was inconsistent. I have a larger sauce pan that has been great, so that's why I purchased this set. The larger fry pan has been fine so far, but the smaller pan is only marginally nonstick. I find my myself scraping eggs and just about anything else I cook in it. Maybe I received a pan of poor quality, but I can't recommend purchasing this set.

My new favorite nonstick pans!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been on the hunt for a high quality set of nonstick pans that are induction compatible and oven safe to 400 (for making frittatas!). Finally found these and gave them a shot. So far so good, I wish the 12” would come back in stock to complete my set. I also have the 9.5 pan with lid. I also wish we could buy a lid of these two pans.
