Beautiful Staub white pumpkin is also functional. This piece graces our table every fall. I like to make and serve pumpkin risotto in it. Its matte-black textured enamel interior excels at browning and the cocotte has excellent heating capability. A definite collectors piece.

I have this cocotte in the burnt orange but I bought the white for my daughter last Christmas. We both love it and it is a great collectors piece. I bring mine out right at the start of Fall and it stays out until after the holidays. I use it all of the time for making jam, and I do that becuase it is so easy to clean after I am done. I have made bread pudding in here, extra stuffing, corn pudding, possibilites are many! My daughter leaves hers our year round and it always looks stunning on her stove. I love the white with the brass knob. Whatever color you choose, you will be thrilled with this cocotte and all it can do, besides looking pretty.

Bright and original. Always get questions on where it's from. Nearly 4 quarts and solid piece heats evenly and due to enameled interior, cleans quite well.

I had the orange pumpkin, then found the black one, Now I own the white one too... whats next?? bring it on! I truly love the shaped cocottes from staub, I have the tomato and the heart. This company knows how to do the artistic shapes better than anyone else in the marketplace... often copied never duplicated.

This will be the talk of your table! I bought this last Autumn for family and friend gatherings and always sparks a conversation on its beauty and convenience. Great for any Fall or Winter get-togethers! This is one to pass down to children, as they last forever and will keep on cooking the same way they did in the first few months! Tasty, moist meats, veggie and even fish dinners!

Bought this to serve a pumpkin soup at Thanksgiving...Simmered in cocotte; so stove to table. Well made and will use for other soups and stews.
