This Italian cookware 2 piece set is amazing! The non-stick works so well, and I have tried everything in them. They are even so easy to clean, which was super important to me to not have to soak overnight just to clean a fry pan.

nice set of non stick pans

I love that these are made in Italy instead of Asia, especially because they are a coated pan. The release on these is amazing and the handle stays cool and feels really comfortable. I don't normally use any metal on a nonstick pan but I did use a fork to scramble eggs a bit in the pan and no scratches! I looked it up and found out that it is metal utensil safe, thank goodness!

Really good non-stick for a great price

Buying non-stick is always a challenge. There are so many factors. Add to that an induction cooktop, and it is almost impossible. Enter Madura Plus. The Non-stick coating will last. It will also brown and caramelize foods well. Plus the pans are made of forged aluminum - a 'uni-body' construction that the pans will heat quickly and evenly. And unlike most aluminum pans, these will work on induction burners. The sleek Italian design - black on black - is just a bonus.

Madura Plus non stick pans are made from forged aluminum which conducts heat retention perfectly. The pans heat quickly and evenly providing perfect cooking surfaces. There are several layers of Duraslide granite nonstick coating which is is 40 times more durable than other non stick pans in the market place. Eggs slide right out of these pans, nothing sticks to them. They can even go into the oven up to 300F, perfect for keeping meals warm.

Two useful sizes...The FoodNetwork was not wrong when they rated DuraSlide one of the top nonstick surfaces around.

Great non-stick set!

These are my go-to pans whenever I'm cooking! They are the best non-stick surface I've ever use and nothing has ever stuck, including eggs with no oil and melted cheese. The handles are very comfortable and I love how they stay cool because they are made out of plastic. I also love how these pans are made in Italy.

Great pans and at a great value. I like the madura line for how lightweight they are and they still fry like a cast iron pan. They are easy to clean as well and 40 times more durable than most other coatings.
