Great dish for all this one pot dinners

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The cast iron oven is great for one pot meals. It goes from stove top to oven with ease and is able to hold enough for a family of 4-6. The cast iron is sturdy and the enamel finish makes cleanup a breeze.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had cheaper versions of this type of cookware, after trying the real thing I am never going back. With Staub’s quality I doubt I will ever need another anyway.

Perfection

This is my favorite Dutch oven. I have several Dutch ovens. But this one is absolutely perfect. It is not too big and it is not too small. You can cook a lot of food in this but it never feels super heavy. The curved sides, make stirring easier. This sautées, braises, and fries beautifully. The self-basting lid makes every meal more flavorful. It is easy to clean. Nothing sticks and there are never any stains that are a challenge to get rid of, unlike Le Creuset. Plus, the shade grenadine with the majolic paint is exquisitely, beautiful.
