This block is great! It comes with some pieces to get you started into the line and freedom to choose which single pieces to add. I enjoy creating my own block, but having the value of the block being started saves some money!

Great Stamped Knife

These Twin Signature knives are stamped so they are lighter than a forged knife but they are stamped from a single sheet of steel so they are strong and you can feel the quality. The edge is very sharp and retains the sharpness through many uses. This is a simple starter set with room in the block to add on.

Great Starter Set

This is a great set to start with because it has every knife that I need plus I love that there are extra spaces once I figure out what other knives I would like to add to my set. I love that these knives are made in Germany and the handles feel great and are super comfortable in my hand.

This is a great value for this block set and it is the perfect set for those in your circle that are starting out on their own. These are good knives to start out with assortment wise and can be added to as the block has 4 additional slots that you can store aquired knives as you add to your collection.

Simple, lightweight set

The best German stainless steel stamped set. The 3 basics (Chefs,serrated,paring) can be added to inexpensively. Lightweight with a nice curved handle

Unique Design

The three knives that you absolutely need in a kitchen are a Chef, serrated, and paring. You get all three with this set. The curved handle is a really unique design that fits well in the curve of your hand. This makes it a very comfortable knife to use for long periods of time.

Great Start

Ive just started cooking for real. I wanted some great knives while not getting overwhelmed. The German steel and construction give me great confidence in what I am preparing. This set gives me the knives i need for a great start but the block also leaves some open slots to grow my collection when I feel ready. Im glad I chose this model. The knives are very light, very sharp and the handles are very comfortable.
