Replacing old Henckel steak knives

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Chose to upgrade to Zwilling from an old set of EverSharp Pro (discontinued) not sure how I would like the newer Solutions knife. The Porterhouse knives have a very solid construction, do a wonderful job cutting all types of meat and have a great feel in the hand, even for a lefty.
