You should make a set that does not have a serrated edge. I enjoy sharpening my knives with my Chef Paul Sharpening Stone

These come in a box you can easily place them back in and put away. After reading countless reviews of different kinds online, I decided to trust my gut and go with these. So glad I did! Good feel and nice look!
