Amazing quality all around - these were a bit of a "might regret" purchase, but as soon as I used one, I threw away all the other knives I had. Perfect cuts, has a great handle/grip area, and looks very classy. The only thing is when you wash it, dry it off as soon as you can - slight water marks get left behind if you don't. But I suppose you can always rewash/wipe them before use too.
I would recommend this to a friend!
