I used these at Milk Street in Boston a couple months ago and they were great! I really enjoyed using the cooks knife, It was super sharp and medium weighted, honesty the perfect size for me. This is a great starter set!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love the feel and the weight and the blade! The blade is sturdy and uniformly thin (not in a flimsy thin way). I bought these from Christopher Kimball’s Milk Street. I have owned Henckels for years and love them; however, these are a level above. I love the thinner blade. I’m sure I’m describing this all wrong, but I just am thrilled with them. I want the whole set now, and I want to give these to my friends and family.

Great set to add to your block

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the sizes of these knives - they have a good grip and balanced weight. The chefs knife is my go to for kitchen prep and the smaller serrated knife is a great addition to my knife block. The paring knife has a little extra length compared to my other one.
