I have watched Christopher Kimble since the time he was on America's Test Kitchen and love his depth of knowledge of all things cooking, especially the best kitchen tools for the money. This starter set is great and has the often used blade profiles. I love that these are German steel and made in Spain. A great value for this set of indispensible tools.
