Classic name Classic brand

I have always loved watching Christopher Kimball on tv. To see his name associated with a quality brand like Henckels this was a must buy. The forged German steel and Spanish construction make a great product. The handle is a traditional three rivet design for familiar comfort, but the design on these knives are unique with the home cook in mind. The Cooks knife is just the right size and has just the right curve to it. The prep knife makes quick work of my prep and the pairing knife is perfect for my hand work and peeling. A lot of thought went into this collection. They make me want to put on my bowtie and get cooking.

Good weight and handling

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A set that let's you accomplish all of your knife needs, this is not a prefect bread knife, or a heavy chopping blade. But they are useful, sharp, and have a great handling compared to other low end knives I've used.

Really nice three piece set

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had a multi-knife set from another brand for several years. They haven’t stayed sharp and felt fragile in my hand. I decided to replace the larger set with a smaller quality set that targets my needs. This set fits the bill. I’m very pleased with the feel in my hand and the sharpness. I’ll know in the coming months how they hold their edge but they’re great now. Very pleased with quality for the money.
