A must have Staub cast iron size!!!

It is perfect for my small family. It does make a difference food taste wise, efficiency-saves gas and you can serve your delicious dish straight to your table without the need to use another dish. I also bought a staub cast iron trivet to protect my table from direct heat.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Perfect Size Cocotte

This is perfect family size pot. You can get a whole chicken it it for roasting or make a batch of soup with left overs. I fry burgers and steaks in the pot all the time - because of the high walls there is not splattering of grease. The interior black matte finish produces a perfect sear on meats.

This size cocotte is the most ideal for 2-4 people and the basil color is outstandingly gorgeous. It is a nice color to bring out for the holidays especially. Cook, bake and present your yummy dishes in this perfect cocotte.

Another amazing Staub piece. The self-basting spikes keep so much moisture inside the pot. Performs great in the oven for roasts or chicken and also one the stovetop for soups and chilis. Love the rich colors. Guests always ask where they can get a Staub piece.
