This is a really beautiful cocotte . It’s very big . It’s so solid and heavy and the color is gorgeous. I love it and hope to be able to buy more . The other thing is I had it within 2 days of ordering, and the company kept me updated very well , much more so than any other company I’ve ever ordered from , I was really impressed by them .

Rustic white or truffle is so gorgeous color in every way. and what a wonderful cast iron pot. Such color will blends in for every kitchen either stainless steel or modern designed. Staub cast iron pots saves you another dish, you can serve your delicious dish straight to your table. I also bought a staub trivet to protect my table from direct heat, it add another beautiful thing at your dinner table. The innovative lid features tiny spikes on the interior that continually release condensed liquid back onto the food, yielding moist, flavorful results.

I got a defective product. There is a small dent at the bottom (looks like a tinny round hole but not all the way through, so no leaking). I shouldn’t be spending this much to get a defective product. Giving the COVID situation, I don’t want go through the trouble to return it.

Lids with continuous self-basting spikes make for tender, moist, and flavorful dishes. The 5.5 qt round cocotte is the perfect size for family dinners and most recipes.

I absolutely love this basil color, it is my favorite and looks so good in my kitchen! The 5.5qt. Is a great size dutch oven and is a perfect size for small to medium portion size recipes. I love how versatile a piece this is, and I use it for so many things, soups, casseroles, bread, etc. I love how the lid helps keep in the moisture in the cocotte and I like how the enameling is black and not white!
