7 quart cocotte is just about perfect size for everything. Solid, tough cast iron with extra-moisturizing due to mini-spikes beneath lid!

Let's start with the fact that this is not my first cocotte. I have previously used other oven brands but this one is by far the best. It is the perfect size for just about anything. It is the size I use the most. Now let me tell you about this Grenadine color. It is fabulous! I have another Staub pot in the same color. So pretty!
