Sensational Colors

Long a Staub fan, I am always excited to see the new color choices. One thing that remains consistent is the cooking performance. Black matte enameled interior makes for excellent browning and caramelization. Spikes found on the underside of lid provide continuous self basting for flavorful results. And the heat retaining capabilities allow for perfect oven to table serving.

I love this size and I love this shape especially for roasting chickens. You have enough room to add your vegetables in with the chicken, which is a huge plus. The spikes under the lid collect moisture and self-baste the dish all while it is cooking, so almost like you have an extra hand! You get to take all the credit though! Great size for all your entertaining needs!

This truffle colour is phenomenal.. gotta be seen to appreciate. Heavy, durable cast iron heats quickly then holds it a long while. Tiny spikes beneath lid distribute moisture throughout for great results!

This cocotte sits on our stove top and never gets put away because we use it every day. The heat capability of the pan is amazing - heats up quickly and evenly. It has self-basting spikes on the interior of the lid which collect and return all moisture back into dish - nothing dries out and the food stays moist. I often pan fry burgers in the pan and the searing capability of the is amazing. Also, the high walls prevent grease from getting on the stove top. The Saffron color is perfect for spring.
