The quest for perfection in charcuterie

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used henkel since i was in collage they are reliable easy to do maintenance i like the the humming sound of the sharp blade as it whistles after every chop and slice the parring knifes are a must for those whom are adept in charcuterie the forms and shapes are ideal for close shaves across bone and dermal and epidermal incisions separating meat from fat and tendons from muscle fiber but alas i feel incomplete because i have only found the serrated set and i lost my non-serrated set in hurricane maria god willing i will be whole soon i only have the utility knife i have been using for the past 10 years what is a couple more years until i find it again…. 20/10 these are the only knives you will need in your kitchen
