[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I spend a lot of time in the kitchen and having a quality knife is absolutely essential to being successful. I have a full schedule with kids, my home, being a full time student and having to home school my own children. I would much rather spend time with my family and less time in the kitchen. These knives cut (no pun intended) my time in the kitchen and allows me to spend more time with my family.

While I hate to see the older set going, my son will have plenty of years of faithful service with the set we gave him. Hello new set of Henckel knives, we're glad to see you!
