[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A gift from my husband just in time to prepare Christmas Dinner. Theses knives were wonderful to use. Very sharp that cut through Prime Rib like butter. Haven’t used every knife in the block but have great expectations. The kitchen shears are alway great in the kitchen and the hardwood block is a bonus.

I was a little hesitant for it to match my stainless steel appliances since it's more of a charcoal color but it fits very nicely. The only weird thing about this set is that one of the knife slots is much larger than the knife that goes in it. I'm guessing it's in case you wanted to get a different knife outside of the set to go there? Not sure. The knives feel so nice and heavy and they look beautiful!
