A Cut above the rest

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am pleased with the knives within the set. They replaced a 10 year old Cuisinart set in a rental property(so obviously hard to compare), and came out of the box sharp and ready to go. Already much better than what was there.
The knives have a fine serration on each blade that can get caught on rags/sponges and require a bit of a "saw" motion to cut.
Weight is balanced forward, and knives are a little on the heavy side. Handles are ergonomically sound. Block and knives with the "silver cap" are aesthetically pleasing. Excited to use the knives with more frequency and see how they hold up.
They say dishwasher safe, but anyone who has a nice set of knives knows that you should not put them in the washer. So I will not be speaking on that.
