[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These knives are SO sharp, allowing for a very precise and controlled cut. They also wash (by hand) easily. The handle is comfortable. I never realized how easy prep work could be until I tried these knives...a remarkable improvement from my very dull set. Highly recommend!

Decent Knives

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the weight of these knives, makes cutting and chopping a lot easier and cleaner. However there’s a white residue, almost starchy, on the handles and I can’t get it off no matter how I clean them.
