SUPERIOR KNIFE SET

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This set is truly top of the line. It includes a total of 14 knifes and a self sharpening block. The knives are lovely to display and of the utmost quality. I find them easy to handle and easy to clean. The self sharpening block makes for keeping your knives sharp and safely stored. I hightly recommend this knife set.

Took getting used to

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This definitely took getting used to as all the blades are seraded. My previous set was a combination. So sometimes with certain meats some meat will trail behind on the blade. I've noticed as I've gotten more used to them as much faster less meat sticks to the blade so it may be more of technique than anything else. Let me stress though, it definitely took time to get used to. They are very sharp and slicing through things is like going through butter. It's great! I would have rated them a 3 initially but I wanted to give them time.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
