Great oatmeal pot!

Everyone needs a good pot for oatmeal, rice, grains and other hot cereals. This pan is the right size for up to 4 servings and the glass lid allows you to make sure that the liquid is simmering at the right temperature. Made in Italy from cold forged aluminum this pan has a thick bottom for quick and even heating and a pour rim for a no mess experience. The Granitium coating is reinforced with ceramic particles that increase the scratch resistance and allow metal utensils to be used. The handle feels great in the hand and has a thermo point built in that turns red when the pan is hot enough to cook in and green when the pan is cool enough to wash. Easy to clean with soap and water but also dishwasher safe.

This saucepan is an every day piece of cookware in the kitchen. The nonstick coating is ultra durable and I like the Thermopoint light on the handle that lets me know when it is hot enough to cook on and cool enough to rinse/wash. The saucepan is lightweight but re-enforced with a strong body for long term use.

A Perfect Little Sause Pan

Whether you're heating up soup or making a sauce, this is a great size pan. It heats up evenly which helps ensure even cooking. The handle on the pan and lid are heat resistant and comfortable. Love a glass lid! The non stick coating is amazing, not letting anything stick and making clean up a breeze! It's super durable as well; metal utensil safe and it can go in the dishwasher and oven.

Great for reheating

Every kitchen needs a small saucepan. It's the perfect vessel whether you're reheating food, boiling water or cooking veggies. This new pan has a soft, heat resistant, comfortable handle and a glass lid with the same material for the knob. The non stick coating is incredibly durable, metal utensil safe plus it releases better than anything. Clean up is a breeze!

So Many Uses

This pan works hard in my kitchen. I make soup with it, heat up leftovers in it, and even make grits in it. I have even made caramel in it and clean up is so easy, nothing sticks to the Granitium nonstick surface. Most people think the pan can't be used in the oven but it can up to 300F, perfect for keeping your meal warm.

This pan has many uses, but I am most impressed when making oatmeal. Even if I overcook it and it appears to stick to the bottom, it never does. The non stick is amazing! It cleans up so easily. I love the shape, the size, the granite look and the fact that it's made in Italy!

The 2.75 quart saucepan is great. It cooks well and the cleanup is a breeze. I am adding additional cookware to my kitchen and plan to use for years. I highly recommend the Balarini line of cookware. So happy I found it! It is reasonably priced compared to other product lines.
