Glad I bought the taller 5 quart cocotte. My third Staub dark blue cast iron piece. Great value, solid addition to any cooks arsenal. The tallness of this pot makes stirring easy without worrying about spilling over the sides. I've only used it a few times, but I can tell this thing will be just as great as my other 2 Staub enamel cast iron pieces. Would highly recommend!
