Having only recently received this pan I haven't had the opportunity to use it more than a few times, but the experience has proven to me that I've got a winner here a clearly superior product. I like the heft of the pan and that it heats with perfect eveness. The non stick works perfectly. I appreciated the thoughtful user instructions. My Henckels knives have served me for more than 40 years so far. I have no doubt that I will get many years of happy service from this pan.

Great mid-sized frypan...not small, not huge. Perfect for two people for most meals. Excellent non-stick properties and easy clean up. Use the lid frequently for setting eggs and retaining moisture when sautéing chopped vegetables. Enjoy cooking on low to medium heat with great results.

This is a great frying pan! I have had many nonstick pans over the years. The cfx not only browns perfectly but never sticks, and clean up has never been a problem. I use it every day. The lid is a super bonus! From perfect hash browns, eggs, omelets to stir frying vegetables everything comes out great!
