Henckels 8 piece steak knives are a good value

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been pleased with the Henckels knives purchased in the past, so I decided to try their Eversharp steak knives. They fit nicely in my hand due to the one piece ergonomic blade that is triple riveted to the handle. While they are dishwasher safe, I will wash them by hand. It is nice to have a full set available for guests.

Excellent performance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have used these several times now, on a variety of meats and they cut all superbly. Cleanup is excellent as well, with no clinging problems that you can sometimes have with serrated knives. Absolutely recommend.
