Super sharp and very elegant looking. Also a great deal; these knives are comparable to others that cost much more. Our steak seems more tender now that it is easier to cut!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These knives are lightweight and very sharp. Have run them through the dishwasher twice so far. Some reveiws complained about rusting quickly. I hope this is not the case because I really like these knives.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Henckels has always been a trusted brand my whole life. This is the first time getting steak knives not in a set. The metal is thinner and the handle is a lighter material than older versions and I hope despite that they will hold up for 30 years.
