Read great things about it, but not that impressed

The sides don't toast evenly. The left side has to be turned all the way up to 7 to get the toast even moderately browned, while the right side toasts it just fine on level 4. It also takes a really long time to toast. I am overall a little disappointed in the product. Not disappointed enough to go through the hassle of returning it, but disappointed enough that I won't purchase a toaster from this brand again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great addition to our new kitchen

We’ve only ever used a toaster oven but with a new kitchen that we built we wanted a sleek toaster to enjoy a quick waffle or a bagel. This is the perfect toaster and our kids have a great time using it too
