Great, forged assortment

Good mix of cutlery. Santoku, chefs knife and others host a pretty unique, comfortable grip. Forged blades will retain sharpness.

This set has every knife a kitchen needs. The knives are made out of high quality German Steel and have a forged bolster. This means the knives will not rust or tarnish and are durable. I like that steak knives are included. Added bonus the knives are dishwasher safe.

This set has some of the most used knives in the kitchen plus steak knives for a super value with the knives being made of German steel. Unique in that the block set are Asian and Western knives which if purchased by themselves are most often in the pricey range. Not only is that is great set to own, it is a great set to give as a gift as well.

Versatile Knife Block set

This knife block set is adequately supplied with both Western and Eastern style knife blades to meet all of your cutting needs. The knife block set is modern with a hint of Stainless steel so will pair perfect in any kitchen. It is a bonus that the steak knives are included as well. The knives are dishwasher safe, but I prefer to hand wash mine.

First, this is a terrific set; it has all the knives I would recommend (except the boning knife, if you do that sort of thing). It also comes with the sleek black contemporary block that looks good in all modern kitchens. And mostly, it's a quality set of knives.
This is an elegant line of forged knives. Forged Synergy knives feature graceful sculpted handles that fit nicely in the palm of the hand; and an integrated bolster that makes these medium weight knives comfortable to grip. The double-riveted handles securely encase the full tang blade. These knives are forged from high quality German stainless steel and manufactured to the highest global standards. That means these knives are sharp and can resharpened again and again giving you years of enjoyment. High quality at a great price. Really good value.
Although they are dishwasher safe, I recommend hand washing them. They will retain the ‘just purchased’ look because dishwasher detergent is very hard on knives.

This is a geat block set that has all the most commonly used knives included and steak knives. That and the block Western and Asian knives that are some of the most sought after in the kitchen. There will not be a task that you can't accomplish confidently with this block set. Great value for German stainless steel!

This set has the right combination of knives. A lot of the sets i was looking at don't have a santoku. I like preparing Asian cuisine and why not have the right tools for the job. Very comfortable handles. I like that it is forged German steel....it gives me confidence in the quality. Also 6 steak knives are perfect for my large family.

All cut with ease, are ergonomically-friendly, and very sleek looking. Overall I am very pleased with the set, and am thankful it comes with a sharpener.
