It can do everything: it makes beautiful shaped bread, sauté veggies and add broth for delish vegan soups, brown meat balls then add the sauce to the pot and herbs for delish pasta and on holidays it’s my mashed potato cooking/serving vessel. It’s multipurpose and very fun to use. Very very easy to clean! It’s so beautiful I leave it out for my enjoyment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the Staub pumpkin collection as it's perfect to use for fall decor while also functional. I tend to sit these out on the stove or countertop in an arrangement for most of the fall and occasionally use for cooking. This piece is great for cooking a nice pumpkin bisque, stew, or even stuffing at Thanksgiving!
