Great Product Support with Great Knives

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this beautiful 15 piece knife set in the mail. The handles felt great and they had nice weight to them. This was the first time we had an issue with anything from this company. We have used lots of their products. The knives were in perfect condition but the block was not. The customer support at the company was great. They were quick to respond and we were happy with the outcome.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife set I received as a wedding gift from family, and it is SO nice. Cute smooth, everything about the handle fits comfortably in my hand. I hand wash no matter what just to keep them nice. I was a little worried about white with cooking and I have had no problems at all with staining!
