Wow! We cannot say enough about these knives! My chef brother made the recommendation and we are not disappointed. The handles are comfortable and easy to hold. The knives simply work great! Only downfall is that I wish I purchased a larger set!

I've been waiting a long time to have the right tools for the jobs in the kitchen and these knives are absolutely beautiful. They are well balanced, nicely riveted and they look like they will last a very long time. I couldn't be happier with my purchase.
