I love this pot. I made Beef Soup today, and it was soo good. It's the best slow-cooker in the market. I can't wait to plan my next meal and use this cocotte.

So efficient!

Great for rustic bread

Perfect size, beautiful finish

The finish is beautiful, and this size is perfect for a crowded stovetop, and for piling in things thanks to the depth. I tried cooking short ribs in a pressure cooker before this purchase, and learned the hard way that you can’t beat a slow braise. The spikes on the lid make a real difference.
