Versatile and Well-Made

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm pleased with the braiser's quality, versatility, and craftsmanship, and am glad I purchased Staub over Le Creuset for half the price. I'm a little concerned that Staub may discontinuing the matte black enamel finish (which I think is fantastic and will choose for subsequent pieces) because it is on clearance or out of stock at most retailers. I haven't had it long enough to rate the wear and longevity of the piece but fully expect it to perform well for years, and will update this review if that's not the case.

Beautiful product! Arrived without any blemishes or imperfections. Extremely well made, heavy, and durable. So far, it heats consistently and is easy to clean like all my other STAUB products!

You can never go wrong with Staub. This 12” braiser with heavy domed glass top is good to go to 500 deg.
Browns so evenly and it’s nice to have a large stovetop to oven to table with look and cook ease to keep an eye on things. This braiser can do it all.
