This is a beautiful, well-made piece to add to your kitchen. I made a wonderful beef bourguignon for New Year's day in my new Staub and it was delish. Looking forward to making a bunch more recipes in the the future. I'm planning a chicken dish for this evening in it. :) It's a beautiful color, quality, heavy-weight dutch oven. The top lid fits so well and definitely basted my beef bourg. perfectly. I would definitely recommend and will most likely purchase another Staub piece.

I love everything about my Basil Green 4 Qt Cocotte.
The color is beautiful, it’s a perfect size for cooking many medium sized dishes, it cook and bakes the dishes wonderfully and it goes from the kitchen to the table! I highly recommend this Staub Cocotte.

We absolutely love our new Dutch oven! You can feel the quality when you hold it in your hands, and it looks beautiful. We’ve made sourdough bread and braised beef ribs so far. Everything comes out perfect!
