I love this traditional skillet. It is a bit wider and deeper so it can be used as a saute pan and a fry pan. The pour spouts are wider also which I like. This is a great versatile pan for yourself or to give as a gift.

It will quickly become my go-to cooking vessel, perfect for sauteing, browning and braising meat, and frying. Skillets with double handle stands out for having an extra handle for more control when transferring your delicious food to your beautiful Staub cast iron plate and keep it warm. Staub skillet cast iron is so versatile to add in your collections. A spout is so useful to keep those juice in the right place and dishwasher safe, handwashing is highly recommended.

This traditional fry pan fries, sautés and braises beautifully. The black matte finish helps to create a perfect cooking surface searing anything perfectly. The sides are higher and straighter than a regular fry pan so it acts almost like a saute pan and can hold more liquid.

This fry pan has taller and straighter sides. It will do everything a fry pan can do plus braise as it holds more liquid. The black matte finish helps to create a perfect cooking surface searing anything perfectly. The cast iron doesn't have to be seasoned so easy care. It can be used on any cooking surface, including induction, up to 500F.
