[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fantastic set of knives, and a great value. We have been cooking and baking more in 2020, and these knives have made it very enjoyable. I especially love the bread knife, it cuts through my crusty sourdough like butter

Looks can be deceiving!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first glance and feel I though these knives were flimsy and sub-par. I was expecting the traditional heavy in the hand feel. However once I put them too use I was convinced these are something special. Too say they are razor sharp is an understatement.. They take some getting used to as nothing else in my cutlery arsenal comes close. These are light in weight but heavy in quality and finess. Can't wait to use them for years.
