Beautiful knives

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I asked my mom, an experienced home chef, to help me level up my adulting game by getting me my first set of high-quality knives that will last me a long time. She chose based on durability, ease of use, and versatility, and I think she nailed it. I chopped some onions and potatoes as my first test and it was so much more enjoyable and satisfying a task than it has been for a while. I’d been eating less and less vegetables lately because the prep had become prohibitively difficult and slow with my old, cheap knife set from my early 20s. I’m looking forward to being able to cook and eat more healthily with these knives for years to come.

Timeless knives

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using Zwilling knives now for well over a decade and they are truly the best out there. These ones are a fantastic buy. Not as heavy as the pro but still just as sharp. I like the solid black handle without the rivets. Hone your knife regularly and have sharpened PROFESSIONALLY when needed and these things will last you forever!

Sharp and beautiful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just purchased the Four Star set so I can’t say too much about it. But so far I love love love it! I intended to buy a Henckels line since it’s a little more affordable. But the Zwilling employee at Macy’s let me feel and hold the different lines of knives and I have to say, I was wowed with how smooth it felt in my hand. I tried other lines of Zwilling and Henckels but the Four Star was just oh so beautiful and perfect. I was staying away from forged blades because the ones I’ve used (a different brand) were so heavy. But when I held the knife I was pleasantly surprised at how light it was. I paid a little more than what I had intended but it is so worth it. Love how the set looks on my counter too.

The block is beautiful and the knives are very sharp! They cut so effortlessly making food prep a breeze. I wish the set did come with the additional 3 knives because there’s only 5 in this set.

Best knives I ever used

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are chef quality knives that glide like butter through veggies, fruits & meats. I wish I had them sooner. I’ve used lesser quality dull knives for years. These are worth the investment as you will have them many years.

excellent design utility blades

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] many knives make use blade stock that is too thick to be efficient at cutting over the long term. The result is that you have to constantly sharpen to maintain a thin edge. These blades shouldn't require as much maintenance. I also appreciate the polymer handles as they are made to last and be more comfortable than bolted wood handles. I would however recommend not putting any blades through a dishwasher though. You don't know if the edges are being hit against something during the cycle. The guide book says it's okay, but cleaning your blades properly by hand will yield dividends.
