[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very light and strong knives. Cut very very easily through whatever you need. Hold an edge well and also sharpen easily, as long as you do it regularly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received these as a wedding present and they are absolutely wonderful. Very lightweight but sturdy. I have a Zwilling knife that was passed down to me and am so glad to have a whole collection of them now!
