It is forged blade and so comfortable on your hand

It is light and forged blade. FOUR STAR 8pc. block set is one of the top-selling knife series of ZWILLING J.A. Henckels worldwide. These FRIODUR blades are harder, sharper,durable, it should stand rusting and corrosion. It retain their sharpness longer for it is high carbon steel and signatured ice-hardening technique.

I use these knives daily and purchase them for family and friends knowing they will love them as I do. German high carbon means these are sharp and extremely durable. The set contains the most used knives in the kitchen and has all your tasks covered.

I like the handles which feel very comfortable while using. I use the prep knife so much for all my veggies! I also love the fact this set has scissors, since i use a lot of home-grown herbs! Overall, a very good set that has everything one needs!

If you're ready to step up from a stamped knife to a forged knife then this is a great option. Zwilling steel means high quality and a lifetime of sharpness. This is lighter than some forged knives so they are comfortable and easy to use. This set has your basics at a great value.

This block truly has everything I need for knives. The block even comes with extra spaces if I want to expand my collection, which I will be doing. This is a great option for someone wanting a light, German knife.
