I love cherries and I love the color and size of this braiser. It's small enough to put in my counter top oven!! So happy for the glass lid. You can fill this pot to the top because of the high dome lid!! I love to watch my stews simmering!! Makes me very happy!!

What makes this braiser unique is the perfectly weighted glass lid that lets you monitor what's going on inside without losing essential heat. The black matte color matches the signature Staub interior, ideal for browning and searing foods. Plus, with the dark color and coating, you never have to worry about stains or discoloration.

What a beauty to be able to watch your food cooked

This braiser with glass lid is outstanding. To be able to have a have a view from the outside while your food is being cooked! It is deep enough not just for braising, you can also saute', stir fry, deep fry and mostly everything for this cast iron that holds heats evenly.

I am a huge Staub fan. This has become one of my favorites. Not only can you braise, you can fry, saute, bake...great in the oven or on the stove top. It is one of my go to pans when I'm in the kitchen. The selection of beautiful colors allows me to take the dish right to the table for serving.

Terrific braiser! Doubles as a fry pan & more!

This tidy little 3.5-qt braiser is perfect for a couple of chicken breasts, a pan of vegetables. But I have used it for much more - home fries in the morning get nice and crispy. Mac & cheese, scalloped potatoes or any casserole.
Graphite Gray is a beautiful contemporary gray that graces every table.

Matte black is a both traditional and contemporary. Looks good in every environment.

This braiser i perfect for simmering chops or my moms recipe fro schweinebraten. the glass lid allows me to see the beautiful color of the sauce develop and the cast iron keeps the temperature steady and low. Love the graphite grey color too!
