Cook anything in this braiser!

This braiser is one of my favorite Staub pieces to use in the kitchen. The even heating of the cast iron provides the best base for cooking pretty much anything but soups/stocks! The glass lid lets me monitor what's going on in the pan without sacrificing any heat and the double handles make it so easy to transport from stove/oven to table!
I would recommend this to a friend!

The ultimate all purpose pan!

This is the ultimate all purpose piece from Staub. You can do so much in it, from braising meat, to steaming vegetables, to doing an indoor cookout making burgers. This pan is very versatile and can be used for so many different recipes. I like the look of the handles, very traditional aesthetic, and that I can still see what I’m making with the glass lid. The enamel does such a great job during the cooking process, it’s just a great piece!

I love cooking with braisers but I especially appreciate the glass lid and being able to keep track of the action going on inside my cast iron pan. The graphite grey is such a classic color and goes really well with any kitchen theme. The cast iron creates a perfectly heated surface for so many of my favorite recipes making this braiser one of the most versatile pieces in my cookware collection.

This Staub braiser can be used for so many of your favorite recipes. Use it for practically everything; searing, frying, casseroles, even for baking. The glass lid permits you to keep an eye on contents without releasing moisture. Handles are easy to grasp with hot pads. Love the beautiful enameled glossy colors.

Thank you Staub for making a shallow braiser with a glass lid. It's so nice to be able to see whats cooking with out taking the lid off. Also the fit of the lid is tight enough that steam doesn't escape from the pot keeping everything moist inside.

This Perfect Pan to ave a perfect view from the outside while your food is being cooked! It is deep enough not just for braising, you can also saute', stir fry, deep fry and mostly everything and it is cast iron that holds heats evenly.

Braise a glass to Staub

Versatile piece. Great for browning, searing, frying and of course braising. The galss lid allows you to see what's going on inside. Plus it makes the piece lighter than a similar Staub piece with a cast iron lid. The cherry color makes me smile.
