Love the size and the countless capabilities of this skillet. However, extremely disappointed! Skillet chipped on my first initial use, and the second time I used it, my food sticks to the pan, and I haven’t been able to clean it, even though it’s been soaking for two days in water. The coating is coming off. I almost want to return it or exchange it. I have read and followed initial guidelines on how to use it. I expected a better quality product for the price.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I am a huge Staub fan. This has become one of my favorites. Not only can you braise, you can fry, saute, bake...great in the oven or on the stove top. It is one of my go to pans when I'm in the kitchen. The beautiful color allows me to take the dish right to the table for serving.
