Beautiful braiser, deep enough for meats and liquids, glass lid is so helpful for watching a cook without having to release steam

This is hands down my favorite go to roaster/sauté pan, etc; It does everything. I leave it in my oven top as I use it daily. In the oven or on the stove, this product works beautifully.
