You can use it for virtually anything!

This pan is shallow enough to use as you would a saute pan but deep enough for braising and cooking dishes with a lot of liquid. The glass top is very useful and the fact that it is domed allows space for the food and for the liquid to drip back down. Definitely a pan that is used often.

The Do Everything Braiser

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The color is beautiful and the finish is flawless. If this has imperfections I sure can’t detect them. Large enough for a spatchcock chicken and deep enough to capture all the yummy juices. Rice, quinoa, roasted vegetables, short ribs, this braiser does it all. Absolutely too gorgeous to put in a cabinet. It has a prime spot on my gas cooktop and is the focal point of the kitchen. I underestimated the difference good cookware makes in the outcome
